             THAI YOGA

Thai Yoga Massage, also known as Nuad Boran or Thai Massage, is a unique healing system that combines acupressure, assisted yoga stretches, and energy line work to promote relaxation and overall well-being. It originates from Thailand and has deep influences from Ayurvedic medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.

Key Features of Thai Yoga Massage:

Dynamic and Rhythmic Movements: The practitioner uses their hands, thumbs, elbows, knees, and feet to apply pressure along energy lines (Sen lines) to release blockages and restore balance in the body.

Assisted Yoga Stretches: Unlike traditional massages, the recipient remains clothed, and the practitioner moves them through a series of passive stretches similar to yoga poses.

No Oils or Lotions Used: The massage is typically performed on a mat on the floor, with no need for massage oils.

Holistic Benefits: It improves flexibility, relieves muscle tension, enhances circulation, and supports energy flow in the body.

Thai Yoga Massage is both an art and a meditative practice, focusing on mindful touch and breath. It aligns with the principles of metta (loving-kindness) and deep connection between giver and receiver.
